If the surface has been processed, it will repel water-based Kutsuki MAX. Let's grind the surface with sandpaper to return it to its base. After sanding (removing the surface treatment), apply Kutsuki MAX. If it seems to be absorbed, apply a primer to prevent absorption before applying the gold gilding glue.
